Leclerc praises Ferrari’s ‘excellent pace’ and reveals: ‘We are still looking for the title’

Ferrari’s double in the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix surprised Monegasque Charles Leclerc, who celebrated his eighth career victory. He also revealed that he still dreams of the Drivers’ World title, despite being far behind Max Verstappen.

Today, I won with that and it helped our first stint, because we had a excellent pace. In the second, it was just managing who was behind, but we did a great job. Second in Austin, Sainz also celebrated Ferrari’s achievement. “Congratulations to the team and to Charles for this incredible result, which puts us in the position we wanted to be in the battle for the Constructors’ World Championship.
