The Tokai group will take the Lotti restaurant to Recife and Fortaleza. With the expansion of the brand, and the opening of the Asian Miss KÔH, in Salvador and the capital of Pernambuco, the group led by businessman Múrcio Dias, will reach the mark of 21 restaurants in the next two years. Having been in the market for 26 years with Tokai Express, Tokai Gourmet, Maotai, Lotti, Miss KÔH and Panela Brasileira, the group, which operates in six capitals in the Northeast, in addition to Belo Horizonte, Belém and Manaus, will generate 240 new direct jobs, which will be added to the 750 already existing.

Lotti, which already has two units in the capital of Bahia, will open in the gourmet mall of the Rio Mar Recife shopping mall, in August 2025, and will have 150 seats. In the capital of Ceará, the brand will arrive at the Rio Mar Fortaleza shopping mall, in March 2026, with 140 seats. It is worth mentioning that the two shopping malls belong to the JCPM group, which also owns Salvador Shopping. Miss KÔH, which will have a menu designed by award-winning chef Murakami, is expected to open its doors at Salvador Shopping, next to Lotti, the new gourmet wing, in March next year. While in the capital of Pernambuco, the Asian is expected to arrive in November 2025, also at the João Carlos Paes Mendonça shopping mall.
