Magic Storage Showing "Could not load storage tile entity" even though im on a "new save"

No matter what i do every time i place down a Storage Heart it shows the above, The modlist is shown in the Enabled.json file i dont actually have the starter kit because im using an older character, also the automoton wont spawn
